The agreement that governs your use of LLCR services
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and LLCR ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a booking, or purchasing a vehicle through our website or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Our Services
LEKKI LUXURY CAR RENTAL provides:
- Premium vehicle hire (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, interstate, and airport transfers).
- Chauffeur and self-drive rental options.
- Vehicle sales (new, used, and certified pre-owned).
- Related ancillary services including delivery, pick-up, and concierge assistance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
- For self-drive rental, you must hold a valid Nigerian driver's licence (minimum 2 years) or an international driving permit.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and booking.
4. Accounts & Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at Lekkiluxurycarrental@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Booking Terms
5.1 Making a Booking
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment (online) or written confirmation from our team (WhatsApp/cash bookings).
- You will receive a booking reference by email upon confirmation.
5.2 Changes & Cancellations
- See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a refund less a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
5.3 Late Returns
Vehicles returned late without prior authorisation will be charged at the applicable hourly rate for each additional hour or part thereof.
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include a non-refundable processing fee of ₦25,000.
- Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store card details.
- Cash payments must be made in full before vehicle handover.
- Bank transfer payments must be confirmed before vehicle release.
- Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at booking confirmation is the binding price.
7. Vehicle Use & Condition
- Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Pets must be in approved carriers. Damage caused by pets will be charged to the customer.
- Vehicles must not be driven outside Nigeria without prior written consent.
- The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, excluding fair wear and tear.
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection (unless fuel-included rate was selected).
- Any accident must be reported to us immediately. Failure to report may result in the full cost of repairs being charged to the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
- LLCR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking or order giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, vehicle photographs, and software — is the property of LLCR or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false or fraudulent booking information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or access our website without permission.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers.
- Misuse vehicle GPS tracking or tamper with vehicle telematics.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and cancel any pending bookings without liability if you breach these Terms. Refunds upon termination are at our discretion and governed by our Refund Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. We encourage resolution of disputes informally by contacting us first.
